Action Taken

Initially power supplied from boat and high power DGs placed on board subsequently to overcome crane power problem. Vessel shifted to lighterage point with same company tugs; Ship to Ship cargo transfers to same company Vessels. Towed to Dry Dock. Converging on cause was altering of blower trunking outlet and thereby affecting timely fire detection. Coordination in handling the issues despite conflicting cargo interests, Hull and Machinery insurance and P&I interests.
